With two master’s degrees in educational psychology and public administration, Ms. Waters not merely retains market expertise, but she is well versed by way of her schooling as well. She also holds a certification from the Institute for Educational Management at Harvard University.
Crediting her achievement towards the influence of her mentors, Ms. Waters is recognized as an Advisory Board member of TIAA-CREF, a Trustee of Cooperative Personnel Services and a Governing Body member of the 2010 New York HR Executive Leadership Summit. She maintains affiliation using the College and University Specialist Association for Human Resources and Society for Human Resource Management. Within the future, she intends to continue to contribute to the field of human resources in higher education; with an open minded attitude, she would welcome a position in consulting outside of New York.
